Brennan is a Kansas City native and the founder of Strange Attractor, LLC, a consultancy serving green social enterprise and nonprofit ventures. He has worked in both the public and private sectors for nearly a decade to improve access to quality housing, jobs and social services in low-income communities in the KC metro. Brennan holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in community economic development and green affordable housing development.
